About

As a child, Elliott had always been interested in music. Joining his school choirs and performing with them bi-weekly for the duration of his elementary education, his fascination with music grew year by year.

In middle school, Elliott took an interest in learning the classical guitar, quickly teaching himself basic chord structures, fundamental music theory, and how to play melodic lines. Beginning to write his own music almost immediately, his passion for composition was ignited.

Guided by his eclectic interests in flamenco, jazz, and modern progressive rock, over the next three years Elliott would learn intermediate and advanced music theory via song-analysis and guidance from his band director as well as other musical mentors. In this time, he would also teach himself how to play electric bass, double bass, banjo, ukulele, fado, piano, clarinet, and the fundamentals of percussion.

With the advent of Covid-19, a sudden opportunity arose in 2020 for Elliott to compose the full score for the feature length comedic drama Love at First Zoom. Following the work on his first film, Elliott was asked to provide the full score for the adventure thriller Bridgehurst Asylum for the Sane in 2021-2022 and portions of the score for the buddy cop action-comedy Varsity Squad in 2022-2023.
